Day 03 – CAT Scan, the movie

This afternoon, I picked up a CD of my CAT scan from the lab, on our way to visit with the cardio-vascular surgeon.

Here’s a movie of my chest cavity that plays through twice, at 4 frames per second, starting at my front, going through my front rib cage, internal organs, backbone, then back rib cage.

Wish I could read a CAT scan … glad the Drs know how.  The lab report says that the cancer has not spread to other organs, but the oncologist and surgeon need two more precise tests in order to be sure about the extent of the growth. I’m glad that they want to have the data, in order to be sure before they start treatment.

This month I’m going inside of my head and heart to map my choices in this Zone 4 Challenge.  I also want to create precision and certainty as I move forward.  I’ll show you some of my maps as I go.
